This is the name (announced today) given to Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s new daughter. Personally I think it’s classic though it might be better if Rose and Elizabeth switched places.
It reminds me of Serafina Pekkala from the His Dark Materials books. I wonder if they’re fans.
Tree: it’s the Seraphim, you’re right that is a nice additional image

I found out today my twins are both girls. The first one will be Isabelle Payton Holmes and the second Elizabeth____Holmes(if it was a boy and a girl, it would’ve been Isabelle Elizabeth Holmes). Any suggestions(my dad joked Manning lol)

We just found out we’re having a girl and love the Irish name Keira, and Elizabeth for my paternal grandmother! What does everyone think of this name, what do you think of when you hear this name? Just looking for opinions!

If it’s a girl, it will be my first. I already have Jack, Leo, and Peter. I’ve always leaned toward old-fashioned names, but something about Avery is appealing to me. I wanted to go with Elizabeth and just use a different nickname than my own (I’m Beth) like Liza, but I’m not sure about giving her my same first name. Your thoughts? If you don’t like Avery, please tell me why. Thanks!
My last name is just one syllable.

My fiance and I are expecting I am 13 weeks along so we don’t know what we are having yet. But I wanted to know if anyone had any name ideas for us our daughters name is Elizabeth Catherine so we want something that goes well with that. We like traditional names but names that aren’t very common. We are looking for both boys and girls names so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you think it sounds fine without a middle name then go ahead and say so.

And call her Jade for short?

I really like it - it goes well with our last name but I don’t think my husband likes Jayden so much. Elizabeth is my great grandmother’s name - we are trying to use someone’s name in the family as the middle name.

Thoughts? If you don’t like the name Jayden, what do you think sounds nice with Elizabeth as a middle name?
Overused and generic? I’ve never heard of anyone named Jayden - including children today.
